Announcing a New Opportunity to Honor Loved Ones at New Funeral Homes

New Funeral Homes is pleased to announce an opportunity to honor your loved ones, while giving back. We invite you to participate in our “Memorial Tree" initiative, where you can purchase an engraved ‘leaf’ with the name(s) and dates of life of your loved one(s). This tree, designed, created and installed by local artisans, Steve and Ellie Petzinger,  is located prominently in the front yard of our funeral home on Main Street.

Honor Your Loved One

For a contribution of $100,  an inscribed heart-shaped leaf,  will be permanently placed on the Memorial Tree. This symbolic gesture not only honors their memory but also contributes to a lasting legacy.

Supporting a Greater Cause

100% of the proceeds from the Memorial Tree will fund a scholarship. The need for skilled workers is in high demand and many jobs require training in their respective fields. This fund aims to provide those opportunities for locals, entering into trade schools, ensuring that your loved one's memory continues to inspire and support our community.

Commemorative Ceremony

A ceremony to commemorate the Memorial Tree and all the individuals honored will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 4:30pm.
